For talent
Promoted listings sit at the top of Browse, which is where every business starts looking.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Buying again while promoted adds to the end of your current window rather than replacing it.
Worth saying plainly: promotion only helps once businesses are already browsing. If Browse is quiet, a better profile and a direct pitch will do far more for you than paying to be first in a short list.
